Refund Policy

The policy, in one paragraph

If a Quietfold product doesn’t do what the listing said it would, email us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you. No forms, no “why are you leaving” surveys, no friction. Broken download? Also refunded or replaced, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email hello@quietfold.shop with the email address you used at checkout and the product name. Refund processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

What’s not refundable

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Products you’ve modified or uploaded to a third-party platform.
• Bundles where any component has been downloaded and used commercially.
